His cuisine is fresh, just like his pasta, and home-made. She is inspired by recipes from Puglia and gives pride of place to seafood. Even the bread is fresh and home-made! The raw materials are selected by the chef himself on the markets or from carefully selected Italian producers. Wines, champagnes and proseccos are offered to accompany your dishes. They are kept in a superb cellar. The room is large and welcoming, ideal for groups.
