Nous avons fait une commande via l'application, à 11h11, 4 pizza pour le montant de 47,60€, avec un commentaire dans info livraison.
" Merci d'être à l'heure pour 12h svp merci"
12h03 pas de livreur , j'appelle 2 fois la pizzeria avec intervalle de 5min. Il répond sur un ton hautain en me disant que le livreur vient de partir et que je ne suis pas seul à commander des pizza !
Je lui repond mercie pour ces services et au revoir.
Résulta = pizza reçu à 12h15
Pas de bonjour du livreur ni d'excuse .
