At Porcus, we like to keep things fresh, simple and good. You'll find no less than ten different choucroutes on the menu, as well as the region's must-try starters, the famous knacks, and a few charcuterie specialties from other regions, such as andouillettes or caillettes lyonnaises. Or simply opt for a selection of the world's finest cold cuts, accompanied by a glass of fine wine.
