Restaurant with terrace in Strasbourg serving a menu of several dishes and good beef in particular
The Fossil has the reputation of the best tab at the troubleshooting of the region and is not usurped! If you find a number of other à la carte dishes, good beef pieces in particular, you will first be set up in this small restaurant opened for almost half a century, decorated with Alsatian, to attend the ceremonial cutting of the tab at the table just before it is served. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Fossil has everything to please!

Les frites faites maison très bon point!
En revanche la « ratatouille » juste horrible.
Ce restaurant était jadis la référence de l’onglet à Strasbourg!
Peut-être s’est-il trop reposé sur ses lauriers..
Je ne déconseille pas mais je ne recommande pas non plus.
