Here you can find a wide choice of sushi, makis, sashimis, chirashis (accompanied by a bowl of vinaigré rice), and many rolls (California, egg or spring). Quality and freshness are at the meeting: salads of algae or edamame (soy beans), sushi to spicy tuna, California tartar of Saint-Jacques and mango or shrimp lawyer, temaki salmon and spicy lawyer or egg roll Thai shrimp (wrapped in a fine crepe of eggs). Special mention for California fresh in cucumber, marinated pepper and red onions. Yapan sushi also produces original recipes such as the California tobiko or even special roll to magret and foie gras.
