Here, you can take the legendary Alsatian knack with you in a mini version and enjoy it in a cone, accompanied by homemade sauces. Poultry or pork knacks designed by Reischtett's Atelier H, sauces sometimes created by Michelin-starred chefs such as Joël Philipps or Alexis Albrecht... You'll be spoilt for choice! A 100% Alsace concept, and as innovative as it was sorely lacking. We approve!
