Restaurant offering fresh produce from local producers
ACE Smash Burgers is a different concept straight from the USA: smashed steak. The steak is crispy on the edges, caramelized, but juicy at the core, with a very specific fat content. The establishment offers it in several burgers and uses fresh produce from local producers, much to our delight. Vegetarians are not forgotten either, with a veggie steak that is also very well prepared using the same technique. A welcome change in the burger scene in Strasbourg.
