Restaurant offering home-made dishes with ingredients often from the region in Strasbourg.
Fabrice Richard in the kitchen and Morgane Fritsch in the service offer you a menu, plus a few suggestions on the slate. Everything is homemade with ingredients often from the region. Sunday brunch is usually sold out with sumptuous sweet and savoury buffets that include several vegan options and sometimes a theme of the day: detox, fall flavour, New York... The decoration is refined, warm and the tables are pleasantly spaced. In summer you can enjoy the terrace, open to the greenery and the river. The reception is charming. For example à la carte: oxtail tartine, lamb's lettuce, beetroot pickles, peanut vinaigrette; leeks with Chez Nous style dressing, quail egg and candied yolk; lean back, sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, shallot and tarragon condiment; duck breast (France), polenta and cranberries; pavlova, light coconut cream and exotic fruits... You really should not hesitate to travel a few kilometres to settle down at Chez Nous.
