Its location is ideal for enjoying a daily special before taking the train. You can choose to enjoy the atmosphere of a café, brasserie or restaurant. As for the cuisine, here you can enjoy good Alsatian and traditional dishes, homemade and certified master restaurateur: flambéed pies, sauerkraut, sea bream fillet... Nous étions assis dans un coin, et après avoir terminé notre plat principal, le personnel nous a tout simplement oubliés, et nous avons attendu pendant 45 minutes que quelqu'un s'intéresse à nous. La nourriture était très salée, et la dame française assise à côté de nous a trouvé qu'elle était trop salée, et elle en a parlé au personnel. Enfin, après le dessert, nous avons appelé le commerçant pour régler l'addition, mais une fois de plus, ils nous ont oubliés et ont attendu longtemps sans répondre, puis nous nous sommes dirigés vers le caissier pour régler l'addition.

Expérience très déceptive en ce réveillon de Noël. Amuse-bouche bâclé, oeuf poché bien cuit mais une crème de foie gras âcre, un pavet de cabillaud sur cuit jeté dans l'assiette sur un jus corsé au romarin qui tenait de la décoction, un chapon classique mais je cherche encore les légumes glacés, remplacés par une médiocre brunoise à l'eau finalement un très bon dessert et un bel effort pour proposer une alternative végétarienne. L'essentiel était d'être en famille ????????
