Always on the lookout for authentic, quality cuisine, he draws inspiration from fresh vegetables from the market, combining them in harmony with meat and fish. The result is simply delicious, totally surprising dishes that allow us to rediscover products we're sometimes too used to. All of this is accompanied by some very fine wines.
