Le Stras' offers a revisited French cuisine. In an airy setting with exposed beams and a dressed stone mezzanine, chef Steve offers a menu that evolves with the seasons. Always on the lookout for authentic, quality cuisine, he draws inspiration from fresh vegetables from the market, combining them in harmony with meat and fish. The result is simply delicious, totally surprising dishes that allow us to rediscover products we're sometimes too used to. All of this is accompanied by some very fine wines.

L'une de mes plus jolies découvertes de Strasbourg ???????? Cuisine raffinée, plats excellents et très joliment présentés, accueil et service agréables, tout y est réuni pour passer de très bons moments. Mais pensez à réserver, car le Stras' a un réel succès.
