Le Bistrot Saint Florent offers simple yet inventive cuisine. The produce is fresh and in season, loved for its own sake, and you can feel it on your plate! With food like this, everything is well thought out: a dozen excellent wines are available by the glass, so you can enjoy a complete meal without breaking the bank on food and wine pairings. The interior decor is sober yet plush, with light woodwork and touches of deep navy blue to create a warm but not overpowering ambience. In summer, the small, quiet terrace is a delight. At lunchtime, a dish of the day and two formulas are available, while in the evening, à la carte is the order of the day... Both are worth the detour!

Une cuisine parfaite, une viande de qualité, la cuisson respectée.
Je recommande fortement cet endroit ne vous attendez pas à une cuisine de bistrot.
Produits de qualité, plats travaillés et originaux, très bons vins proposés, prix largement abordables au regard de la qualité des produits, du service et de l'accueil dans ce restaurant. Le menu se renouvelle régulièrement, nous y sommes déjà allés plusieurs fois pour goûter les nouveautés. Décoration moderne, cadre agréable. Vraiment que du positif, je recommande fortement.
C'est seulement dommage qu'il soit si souvent fermé !
