The Turning Bridge is the restaurant of the luxury hotel Régent Petite France. Here the detail is cared for, the quality is impeccable, the presentation is pleasant and the charming setting. In a beautiful purple and violin room with a sieved atmosphere, you can enjoy seasonal dishes: hot oysters with curry emulsion, filet of deer with fatty liver, medallions of roasted cream roasted… Boris Derendiger, the chef, constantly reinvents the local cuisine and creates new dishes. In the beautiful season we enjoy the terrace overlooking the Ill with pleasure.
