LE BOUQUET GARNI
Restaurant offering an apparently classic menu in Strasbourg.
This is one of the best addresses of the Neudorf district. At the map of this noble table, Chef Christophe Didio offers a map in classical appearance (walnut maître sauce, queen, blue cord, cod back, fire-to-fire) but in reality out of reach. Each preparation is meticulous, the sauces and accompaniments are extremely hard worked, the plates deliciously erect. The framework is warm, although in the enzymes, a fireplace drones in the winter and summer the terrace takes over, the layout is careful: This bouquet has nothing rustic, but all chic.
