Japanese restaurant offering cuisine from other countries in Strasbourg.
Umami is the fifth element that complements bitter, sweet, sour and salty: it is the Japanese word for savory. René Fieger offers you a cuisine not only from this country, but also from a multitude of others since he has practiced his art for twenty years throughout the world. Thus, on the very short and regularly renewed menu of this very small restaurant, one can find gnocchi with braised Asian mushrooms, duck breast with honey and hoisin or beef dim-sum with miso sauce. Because of the starred status, the budget is a bit higher than in a traditional restaurant, but this does not detract from the pleasure.

Le service est à la fois discret et sympathique. J'ai eu l'impression que c'est passé hyper vite alors qu'on y est restés 3h. Le seul bémol pour moi concerne les 4 verres qui accompagnent le menu, un peu trop de vin blanc à mon gout (mais c'est tout à fait personnel et c'est surtout que le vin blanc ça me tape le front donc j'étais saoul à la fin ahah). Ils étaient en tout cas très bon, le premier avait une odeur assez surprenante.
