René Fieger offers you a cuisine not only from this country, but also from a multitude of others since he has practiced his art for twenty years throughout the world. Thus, on the very short and regularly renewed menu of this very small restaurant, one can find gnocchi with braised Asian mushrooms, duck breast with honey and hoisin or beef dim-sum with miso sauce. Because of the starred status, the budget is a bit higher than in a traditional restaurant, but this does not detract from the pleasure.
