Antoine Huart's restaurant offering a cuisine inspired by his Belgian origins in Strasbourg.

Antoine Huart, who trained with many starred chefs, offers a cuisine inspired by his Belgian origins. In a beautiful room decorated with frescoes on the ground floor, or in the more intimate room on the first floor, it offers a seasonal menu where meat dishes with original accompaniments and very elaborate regional specialities are combined with the latest tastes. No surprise on the bill: the price is made according to your formula (main course only, main course and starter, starter flat and dessert). For example, à la carte : marbled duck foie gras marinated in mulled wine and quince compote, haddock marrow and Pack Choy in haddock broth, perfect egg on Jerusalem artichoke coulis, quasi veal cooked at low temperature on speculoos and carrot coulis, pork cheeks braised with Christmas beer and potato crisp, assortment of cheeses matured by Maison Tourette, spiced poached apple on shortbread and caramel, iced nougat and milk chocolate, Black Forest revisited...
