Open brasserie restaurant offering uniform flavours in Strasbourg.

This is what we call a Strasbourg institution. This restaurant has been open since 1927. Inside, you are still surrounded by the Belle Époque: velvet benches, stained glass windows, jazz pianist and uniformed waiters. A brewery with a certain and unique charm. As for food, traditional and regional dishes are in order here: queen bites, veal cordon bleu, braised ham with pinot noir or royal sauerkraut... Pies flambéed at less than 10 euros are also available.

Pire cas la cantine du lycée, plus de plat du jours, un boucan pas possible dans l’établissement et pour clôturer le tout, une indigestion du à leur cordon bleu au munster le plat le plus chère de la carte. On t’annonce 25min d’attente pour la préparation de se plat, meme pas 10min après le cordon bleu est déjà servis, il y a beaucoup de questions à se poser se qui est sur, je n’y remettrais plus jamais les pieds. Ambiance brasserie super. Personnel au top. Les entrées, les plats étaient vraiment bons et très bien présentés.
