Open brasserie restaurant offering uniform flavours in Strasbourg.
This is what we call a Strasbourg institution. This restaurant has been open since 1927. Inside, you are still surrounded by the Belle Époque: velvet benches, stained glass windows, jazz pianist and uniformed waiters. A brewery with a certain and unique charm. As for food, traditional and regional dishes are in order here: queen bites, veal cordon bleu, braised ham with pinot noir or royal sauerkraut... Pies flambéed at less than 10 euros are also available.

Je viens ici depuis des années.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai mangé de l'onglet de boeuf.
La nourriture et le service étaient très bons, malgré les nombreux touristes.
