Open brasserie restaurant offering uniform flavours in Strasbourg.

This is what we call a Strasbourg institution. This restaurant has been open since 1927. Inside, you are still surrounded by the Belle Époque: velvet benches, stained glass windows, jazz pianist and uniformed waiters. A brewery with a certain and unique charm. As for food, traditional and regional dishes are in order here: queen bites, veal cordon bleu, braised ham with pinot noir or royal sauerkraut... Pies flambéed at less than 10 euros are also available.

le cadre est beau mais rien de frais, rien n est fait maison, que de l industriel. oublie sur une tete de veau de la vinaigrette aucun geste fait malgrés leur erreur( limite on nous a dit que c etait de notre fqute ).glace avec des glaćons dedans faisant douter de sa fraicheur. facturation d un dessert sur un menu enfant allrs que c etait compris...que dire de plus ...passez votre chemin mangez ailleurs

Notre plus ancienne Brasserie de Strasbourg est toujours égale à elle-même. Service souriant et agréable, belle carte traditionnelle et cuisine soignée.
