Establishment offering a house specialty with GRILL-cooked meats and burgers

This friendly establishment has built up a fine reputation for its superb selection of meats from around the world. Creative recipes and original flavor combinations are served in a contemporary, elegant setting. But the house specialty is grilled cuts of meat (from 200 g to 400 g): New Zealand Angus filet, Black Angus beef marbling from the USA, Scotland IGP rib eye steak from Scotland, veal onglet served with forest mushrooms... Meat lovers will want to pair up to tackle the Gran Parillada formula (700 g or 1 kg) made up of various cuts of beef accompanied by 3 sauces and a choice of garnishes. There are also generous burgers, delicious fish and pasta dishes and risottos. At lunchtime, the menu is interesting, and in the evening, the chef's suggestions are displayed on the slate. The desserts are refined and beautifully presented. The welcome is always charming and smiling. Le Piano Grill: one of the Petit Futé's favorite Strasbourg addresses!

Il n'y a rien à redire sur la qualité des plats. Tout était excellent. Nous avons été pris en charge assez rapidement, servi rapidement et le personnel dans l'ensemble fût sympathique. Seul bémol : on m'a demandé quel cuisson je voulais pour ma viande. Je la voulais bien cuite. Mais on a insisté pour qu'elle soit à point. Le client est roi, si on demande une cuisson de viande c'est pour qu'on la respecte. Peut-être que ça partait d'un bon sentiment, mais quand j'ai l'impression qu'on me sort des préférences (alors que c'est les miennes qui sont demandées) et qu'on me force et insiste à choisir tel cuisson, ça ne passe pas.
