LE BISTROT DU GAYOT
Restaurant with a special atmosphere offering many seasonal dishes.
On the very pleasant Market-Gayot Square, which instantly gives a special atmosphere thanks to its trees and its well-filled terraces, this bistro offers many seasonal dishes based on fresh produce: guacamole corbeles and crayfish tails, salted breads and poached eggs, mango daurade tarnae, perigourdine salads with gizzards, magrets and fatty livers, cocks with armorican, calf legs, rabbit thighs mustard or rooster in Riesling. The wines are well chosen. Dessert side; Foam to the two chocolates, season fruit pie, burned creams, crumbles and coffees. It's good, well presented and only one dish can make a meal if you're pressed between noon and two. In winter, the Bistrot is only 25 seats inside.
