If the little Alsatian house reminds you of a small restaurant, think again. Once you step through the door, you discover many spaces and rooms... just like at home. The Bistrot ded copains offers à la carte French cuisine and friendly: deer steak marinated in pepper, butternut risotto, burger of friends ... The menu changes every week according to market products and seasons. The dishes are homemade and can be adapted according to intolerances (gluten, lactose), even offering a gluten-free chocolate fondant. The plus: special menus at certain events such as Valentine's Day.

Je suis allé manger dans ce restaurant le 31 décembre au soir (menu Saint-Sylvestre à 85 euros). Le repas était délicieux. Mention spéciale pour le risotto aux gambas et à l'estragon et ses chips de salsifis, qui était exceptionnel. Ceci dit, les autres plats étaient également très bons et soignés, on sentait une vraie recherche dans l'association des produits.

nous avons apprécié l'ambiance, l'accueil et la disponibilité des serveurs. Coté cuisine, nous sommes sur des plats classiques et gouteux, type brasserie. Bonne adresse pour une soirée cool.
