LE DÔME
Restaurant with terrace in Strasbourg offering burgers, pasta and pies revisited, seasonal pastries
It's unanimous, we like to meet at the Dome for lunch or dinner. The menu offers something to eat quickly between 12 and 2pm, but some dishes deserve a little longer at the table, such as duck foie gras with pinot gris, toasted brioche, and the medieval dish of the Dôme, a poultry cooked in clay with old-fashioned spices and flaky rind. If you're in a hurry, burgers, pasta and flambéed pies revisited like this tasty return from Sicily, or the authentic Caesar salad will satisfy you at lunchtime. For dessert, seasonal pastries, baba bouchon, homemade crème brûlée and homemade ice creams that you can enjoy on the terrace as soon as the weather is fine, at any time. The setting is pleasant (contemporary decoration, grey, taupe and chocolate). On the first floor, a beautiful room that can be privatized, ideal for hosting large tables. The location close to the cathedral and the tram makes the Dome an excellent meeting point.
