Located just opposite the station, this restaurant has everything to please! The name of the restaurant comes from the "potence", a pre-cooked meat which is flambéed with cognac in front of the customer on a metal spike construction. Sensation guaranteed! You can also eat a flambéed tart or a fresh salad on the terrace. The products are excellent and the quality is felt in the plate. The decoration is modern, made of wood, which gives a lot of character to the place. Finally, the icing on the cake, the staff is professional and attentive to your needs. La carte est pleine de bons plats bien réalisés.
J'ai pris la noix d'entrecôte "Herdshire" de 350 gr avec des spaetzles et un bon verre de vin rouge et j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour goûter à d'autres plats.

Le service est très rapide, et même peut être un peu trop????
Nous avions commandé un apéritif et un verre de vin, notre potence nous a été servie alors que nous avions à peine consommé la moitié de nos bières apéritives.
La viande, les accompagnements, les sauces, etaient parfaits !
