It is at the crossroads of the vibrant Grand' rue and the rue du Fossé-des-Tanneurs, that Calmos has taken up residence. Chef Luc Breitenbucher offers a bistro cuisine that gives priority to market products and dishes of character. Thus, we start the meal with the traditional leek vinaigrette revisited with taste or mimosa eggs, we rediscover the grilled beef tongue, and just before dessert, there is cheese à la carte. So Frenchy! The crispy bread comes from the organic bakery across the street and the service is very professional. The setting of this "dining bar" is peaceful, all in delight for a moment... Calm down! A little something extra: the terrace far from traffic.
