The historical cradle of the Fischer brewery was no longer but today, 33 years after its closure, the Ours Blanc is reborn, more modern, without however denying its origins or its Alsatian tradition. There is a double wooded area, warm, friendly, continuously open, a large Stammtisch, comfortable benches, a large and beautiful terrace ... On the restaurant side, you will find classic brasserie dishes (hocks, tarts flambées, knacks, sauerkraut and other cordon bleu), innovative dishes and tapas to share over a good beer!
