Restaurant brasserie with a warm welcome in Strasbourg.

Coffee, restaurant and brasserie to faith, Absinthe is a necessity! If the shop does not pay a mine, just like the simple but carefully crafted factory, this establishment is surprising. There is a delicious market kitchen for the beauty of fresh products. Few suggestions proposed in slate but quality ingredients and an accommodation of them very fair. In the evening we drink a drink and the week-end is cured with a good beer. Absolutely excellent! And the friendly atmosphere with a warm welcome, friendly and anxious to follow.

Tout est savoureux , tout est fin, de l'accueil à l'assiette. La carte est courte (mais pas trop) et ça rassure (on ne peut pas faire du bon et du frais avec une carte à rallonge). Et il faut en profiter, cette qualité là se paiera plus cher dès que ce sera plus connu.
