The Bistrot des Arts, as you might expect from its name, is both a restaurant and an exhibition space for local artists. In an atmosphere of yellow and orange, chef Arnaud Barberis offers his French dishes in a rustic bistro. Verrine of sardine and saint-morêt, black pudding with Espelette chilli pepper, tripe simmered in veal juice, fish of the moment on a cod brandade and light strawberry and cheesecake mousse verrine are among the menu's suggestions. The latest originality: the bistro offers certain wines "on the string", a system that allows you to pay only for the part of the bottle actually drunk and to test several of them.
