Three friends who love organic, seasonal, homemade and fresh local produce, rewarded from the first year with a star!

This beautiful establishment is the fruit of the imagination of a trio of friends who, just out of the lycée hôtelier, dreamed of becoming tightrope walkers in the kitchen. Chloé, Guillaume and Jean-Baptiste have turned their desire for authentic, tasty, organic cuisine into reality, with dishes prepared according to the seasons in their restaurant kitchen, where everything is homemade from fresh, local produce. A commitment to which the Michelin Guide is particularly sensitive, to the point of awarding a richly deserved 1st star to Les Funambules in January 2019 and renewed ever since!

Superbe restaurant qui mérite amplement son étoile. Les plats sont originaux avec des goûts francs et marqués. Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent, même le soir car il est possible d'y dîner pour moins de 100€ par personne (en 4 plats et en incluant les boissons).

Les attentes étaient élevées et ont été définitivement satisfaites. Difficile de décrire avec des mots un tel niveau de gastronomie. Créativité, finesse et la meilleure qualité des produits forment le menu parfait à un prix très juste. Un enrichissement pour Strasbourg et un incontournable pour tout épicurien !

Je recommande vivement le restaurant Les Funambules. Le cadre y est très chaleureux et les plats sont cuisinés avec des produits de saison. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix est très raisonnable.
