This fine establishment is the brainchild of a trio of friends who, on leaving the lycée hôtelier, dreamed of becoming tightrope walkers in the kitchen. Today, Chloé, Guillaume and Jean-Baptiste give concrete expression to their desire for authentic, tasty, organic cuisine, with dishes prepared according to the seasons in the kitchen of their restaurant, where everything is homemade from fresh, local produce. A commitment to which the Michelin Guide is particularly sensitive, to the point of awarding Les Funambules a richly deserved 1st star in January 2019 and renewed ever since!
