This beautiful establishment offers a varied and refined menu. The chef Lionnel cooks classic but very well made dishes: beef carpaccios, goose or sardine rillettes, homemade presskopfs or Constant foie gras as a starter. For those who love meat, it is the ideal place: beef tartars, ribs with crushed pepper sauce, whole kidneys with cream sauce and old-fashioned mustard... Homemade sauces are delicious, special mention for parsley. As for desserts, make way for traditional crème brûlée, chocolate mousse or pies of the day. The wine list is certainly classic but the service is impeccable and the prices are low.
