Renaissance de cette institution Strasbourgeoise. Cuisine moderne, raffinée, et service discret, aux petits soins, jamais mis à défaut. La salle est spacieuse, avec une décoration sobre, ce qui permet de bien s'y sentir et de profiter pleinement du moment.
