Eric Westermann continues to build on his restaurant's reputation for excellence and passion, while showcasing local products from Alsace and beyond. The menu is full of temptations, including pan-fried frogs' legs with chervil and schniederspaetle, Dieppe scallops, hot-puffed pink grapefruit... Seasonal products are given pride of place, and the bread is homemade. With its glass roof, terrace and cosy lounges, the Buerehiesel's setting is as bucolic as its menu!
