Magnificently restored, this former complex, which once housed the city of Strasbourg's stud farms, is now a well-known address frequented by many tourists. Access to the establishment is via a porch and then a magnificent courtyard, where a drink in summer is a delight. Once inside, you can settle into a large room with exposed woodwork and a majestic staircase. The wine list puts the spotlight on Alsace's finest wines.

je connaissais ce magnifique lieu et l’excellence de la carte.
J’ai donc fais découvrir la brasserie des Haras à des membres de ma famille.
Je me permets un bémol sur un détail culinaire. Personnellement ,
j’ai choisi pour mon dessert le mont-blanc marron cassis , complètement à revoir , la légèreté , l’esthétique. Le marron sec , le chocolat blanc superflu , la base inefficace et peu goûteuse…
Dommage de finir sur une frustration.
Un moment gênant , gentiment poussé à partir une fois le café pris
une personne nous a apporté nos vêtements sans que nous le demandions pour nous inciter à laisser notre place…
Lors de ma première visite , je n’ai rien eu à ajouter , tout était parfait.
Mes remarques d’aujourd’hui se veulent positives afin que vous puissiez progresser encore pour le meilleur.
