Magnificently restored, this former complex, which once housed the city of Strasbourg's stud farms, is now a well-known address frequented by many tourists. Access to the establishment is via a porch and then a magnificent courtyard, where a drink in summer is a delight. Cadre absolument incroyable! choisir une table à l'étage près de l'escalier, magnifique charpente apparente. Moins convaincu par la cuisine, poisson pas assez cuit, en revanche excellent dessert.

Le cadre est magnifique. Rien que pour ça ça vaut le déplacement.
J'y suis allée dans le cadre de l'opération Formules Jeunes donc tarif imbattable.
Plein tarif c'est assez cher, mais les mets sont originaux et de qualité.

On dirait Versailles, la décoration raffinée et la qualité de la nourriture sont au rendez vous.On sent la patte minutieuse des Haeberlin qui possèdent aussi l'auberge de l'ill à Illhauesern Dommage que le restaurant soit un peu loin du centre.

Un cadre exceptionnel: le bâtiment, la cour intérieure, l'escalier, les miroirs... Une carte d'exception, variée, qui change régulièrement. Le midi le prix du menu du jour est correct. Il est possible de boire l'apéritif en terrasse sur des canapés, on déplore cependant de ne rien avoir à grignoter avec notre cocktail... Pour y avoir été au moins une dizaine de fois, les desserts sont toujours exceptionnels!
