Restaurant offering typical French dishes in Strasbourg.
Formerly a den of union activists, La Hache has been transformed into a chic and intimate bistro. On the menu, typical local dishes such as andouillette or frogs' legs, but also more classic suggestions that can be found in many brasseries: entrecote, tartar, fried mussels. Open all day, you can come with friends to share a platter of cold cuts and a glass of wine (nice cellar) until very late at night (hot food is offered until midnight, which is relatively rare in Strasbourg). The restaurant also offers you the possibility to make online reservations on its website.

The dishes are very good, the price go with quality.
We tried beef tartare, the steak, spaetzle, a salad (one was friends) all dishes were empty at the end!
Recommended!
(+, they are served until 23:00...)
La cuisine est très bonne, ainsi que le vin ! Je vous conseille particulièrement le paleron et le tiramisu new-yorkais ... un délice !
La carte change très souvent, des produits de saisons sont utilisés.
