Terrible experience, they cancelled the reservation after 3 months without any reason and not offering any solution. Do not recomend this Hotel. Terrible customer experience.
They justify the cancellation into the answer by credit bank rejected, not true also checked with Booking and just simple bad practice of the Hotel, they might need the reservation to a new customer more expensive.

Je suis surpris du fait que vous ne recommandiez pas notre hôtel, car vous n'y avait tout simplement pas séjourné.
Votre réservation a été annulée car la carte bancaire utilisée pour la réservation nous a été notifiée comme invalide.

Hôtel avec des belles chambres, spacieuses, très propre, et de très bon goût au niveau déco. La salle de bain est spacieuse et très belle, ainsi que très propre. L'accueil est très professionnel et Le petit déjeuner très copieux et variés avec des produits biologiques. Le parking est sécurisé et l'hôtel est très bien desservi par le tram à proximité. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Je conseille vivement.
