Il est situé en plein centre-ville, à 5-6 minutes de la gare centrale et il y a également un arrêt de tramway en face de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner, le personnel et tout le reste étaient très bien. La chambre dans laquelle j'ai séjourné était adéquate et bonne. Seul le système de chauffage est un peu froid à cause de la méthode de ventilation.

Hôtel bien situé et propre.

EUR/nuit = cher pour ce que l'hôtel offre :
- petit déjeuner (peu de variation, chambre en désordre (et pas toujours propre, très fréquentée)
- chambres plutôt vieilles
- réception pas toujours très efficace (--> très aimable, mais surtout à cause de la foule)

Ce n'est pas mon premier séjour dans cet hôtel. En tant que voyageur d'affaires fréquent, je peux confirmer qu'il est bien situé par rapport à la gare centrale et aux principales lignes de tramway (moyen de transport important dans cette ville)

Que demander de plus ? L'hôtel est bien situé, d'une propreté impeccable, et dispose d'un parking privé. N'hésitez pas à appeler la réception pour trouver votre chemin, Strasbourg étant parfois compliquée en voiture. Le personnel est aimable, serviable, professionnel ! Je me suis sentie parfaitement bien reçue, notamment par Emma.
