PERL'O DRINK
A few steps from the Cathedral, Perl 'O Drink offers you a taste of the Bubble Tea! Originally, they are tapiochave beads immersed in tea and aromatized afterwards in syrup. At Perl 'O Drink you choose your tea (black, green or jasmine), the temperature of your drink (cold, warm or beaten) then syrup (caramel, coco, goyave, matcha…) and finally your "topping" i. e. the pearl (tapioca, yogurt, apple) green…). The choices are quite numerous, but still attention to certain taste associations that can often be too sweet. For those who wish, it is also possible to add jelly to the Bubble Tea. Some small snacks (pizzas, sandwiches) complement the map and, for lunch, Perl 'O Drink offers Cous'Cups or Cups Pasts as well as tapioca pearl beads.
