Located in the heart of the Les Haras restaurant, at the foot of the majestic staircase under an exceptionally beautiful roof structure, this bar offers an elegant, contemporary setting in which to unwind at the end of a long day, for a simple aperitif or to wait for your table. Seated in leather armchairs or on stools at the counter, you can sample not only the restaurant's 120 wines, but also cocktails created by and for the house, such as the Haras with Rhum ambré and peach juice, or the Mirabellini, Mirabelle Eau de vie and Martini ambrato. In the evening, the restaurant serves sweet and savoury tapas, a mini lamb burger or, more traditionally, a tarte flambée.
