Located in the basement, come and discover THE bar specialized in rums in Strasbourg: Ze Trou. A few years ago, Sergio, a barman and a true enthusiast of arranged rums, took over this establishment and turned it into a real rum distillery. Here, we don't even count the number of arranged rums (with fruit, caramel, rum of the moment, chilli pepper...) all nicely arranged along the bar. The cocktails are delicious (special mention to the old fashioned and very well made mojito). Consumption prices are displayed on large screens and vary regularly. Often, you will also take advantage of various and varied concerts to party all night long.
