Site of division of Alsatian specialities, with many information and very friendly. Moreover more full. I it since the beginning of his creation and many other interesting recipes in it. A gastronomic reference part speak the figures of gourmet world including the chefs and the blogger ones. In addition I discovered a homemade Ketchup I definitively adopted.
