Through the publication of quarterly bulletins and the holding of monthly meetings, the Alsace genealogical circle makes it possible to facilitate searches, and in all cases it is a user-friendly pretext of exchanges and meetings for the amateurs of this discipline. Members can share their information through a self-help service. For those who wish to deepen their research, the library of the Circle has a large collection of French and foreign genealogy magazines. The annual contribution to the CGA includes subscription to the quarterly bulletin, access to the library and the Internet mailing list; it also gives the right to discounts on various services offered by the Circle (sale of books, supply of copies of acts of civil status or parish registers). The CGA also offers support for reading old documents (acts in Latin, in ancient German).
