Mais la sortie, c'est juste de la science fiction ! Le logement était à mon entrée dans un état moyen, nous avons cependant décidé de refaire le parquet dans une pièce ainsi que la peinture dans le logement avec un grand coup de nettoyage mais la totalité de la caution à été prise sans AUCUNE justification.
Après avoir parlé au directeur d'agence, Mr Weibel, aucune solution n'a pu être trouvé étant donné que je suis de "mauvaise foi". Ca sera un client en moins me concernant, et une mauvaise pub en bonus, il faut bien justifier ma mauvaise foi!
Au vu des pratiques plus que douteuses, je ne recommande en aucun cas de passer par cette agence.
