I made the experience: It attracts you rents cheaper than the average, but loads of reminders that are excessive linked to the old age of the buildings (personally, while monthly I already paid there €200/month, I had more than €800 loads of, they do not provide written proofs).
Moreover, non harsh accountancy, you will discover threats of ushers while you never received bills (at extra cost of course).
