Decksit offers adapted residences that meet the needs of retired people, single people or reduced mobility in a friendly and humane environment with the possibility of keeping pets close to themselves. A governess and a qualified deputy ruler live on site and provide a presence 24 hours a day, 7 j/7. Rents correspond to market prices. The charges are calculated at the fairest. Each resident keeps his/her doctor, nurse, he, etc. The apartments are spacious and comfortable. Access to residences is protected by state-of-the-art technologies, including station in the entrance of the residence whose apartments are equipped with visiophones. The 24-hour TV is provided by «Green Presence». Also note: à la carte services (catering, maid, transport, auxiliary, mail aid, etc. on request) as well as animations in partnership with local sports, cultural and wellness associations.
