The city's press club is very active: it organises numerous events, film screenings, conferences, meetings and guided tours, publishes a directory of professionals and sends a monthly newsletter to its subscribers. It is a reference for all journalists, press officers and communicators in Strasbourg and Alsace. Lunch-debates are organised almost every Thursday in a good Strasbourg restaurant, an opportunity to bring together communication professionals around a topical theme. Good to know, the club rents its premises (up to 70 people seated) for press conferences, business meetings, symposiums, and training courses. It is an important player in local public life.
