SEGWAY ONE CITY TOURS

Guide très agréable avec de la patience pour bien nous montrer comment être sur le segway et très bon tour avec de très bonnes informations , un très bon moment merci à vous !

L'accueil était au TOP.
Personnel agréables, prennent le temps de bien t'expliquer comment fonctionne le Sewgay, t'apprenne quelques cours avant que la balade ne commence.
Journée très amusante et très intéressante. On a bien rigolé!
Je recommande cette enseigne.

Feindliche und geduldige Einweisung in die Nutzung des Segway. Interessante und kurzweilige (in deutscher Sprache) Führung durch Strasburg.

The segways were fun as always, arrival and check in was smooth, and time was allowed to ensure everyone felt safe and comfortable before starting the tour. Strasbourg is a fabulously beautiful and interesting city however our guide was, well, awful. The main issue for us was that he just seemed to have very little factual knowledge to share about the city which, for a city with such a long and interesting history was such a shame. He also seemed to lack awareness of when people were ready to move on from a stop, leading to some unnecessarily long stops without any discussion about what was around us; he spent more than 10 minutes at one point talking to a friend at a cheese shop while we all just waited...and not one word about the cheese, the shop, the street, nothing...just them chatting until we suggested it was time to move on. Much of the tour was conducted on or around roads or busy pedestrian areas - that was ok, but he was not particularly vigilant about ensuring the entire group had safely made each crossing and the group members themselves took to checking we were all there and ok. The 2 hour tour ended up going for 2 hours and 45 minutes - which would have been great if we felt we were getting good value but as it was, running over time just felt unnecessary. It really was poor. We've taken many tours elsewhere, including on segways and I've waited a number of days to ensure I wasn't overreacting. If you just want to ride a segway around a lovely city, this will work and is good fun. If you want history and information about the city then there are many better options.
