A cathedral with a medieval architecture in Strasbourg, with a Romanesque style with its apse of the nave in Gothic style

Built on the site of a former Rhenish basilica dating from 1015, destroyed by fire, Notre-Dame was built over three centuries between 1176 and 1439. The pink sandstone spire rises to a height of 142 m. See the rose window, the stained glass windows in the nave, the pillar of angels, the organ case decorated with curious figures and, above all, the astronomical clock dating from 1547. The platform offers an exceptional view from a height of 66 m, and is well worth climbing the 332 steps. At the spring and winter equinoxes: discover the famous green ray!

Je ne dirai que cela c’est la plus belle, à voir absolu si vous venez à Strasbourg, son horloge astronomique est de toute beauté, attention il y a des travaux et donc la terrasse n’est pas accessible!

Très belle cathédrale aux vitraux magnifiques et à l'horloge astronomique exceptionnelle.
Faites attentions aux horaires la cathédrale ferme 1h à partir de 11h30 jusqu'à 12h30 (c'était un samedi).
Le matin à partir de 8h30 il y a moins de monde

Vraiment magnifique. La Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Strasbourg en impose autant que celle de Paris. Les vitraux sont exceptionnels.

Un beau monument
Le parvis de la cathédrale est très beau. En été vers 18.30-19h quand le soleil déclinant éclaire de plein fouet la cathédrale. L'intérieur vaut bien sûr également une petite visite. Belle horloge en bois (cadran).
